Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. After a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in she was thrilled with her result. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
